Shipping policy
We kindly ask you acknowedge that we are a small business. We do not have a warehouse, shipping team, or someone dedicated to only online orders. We have 1 person working the store at any given time, and it is simply impossible to compete against big name retailers.
We typically carry only 1 or 2 of any given item in our curated collection. If you need more than one, or something arrives damaged, we will do our best to replace it and/or we will reach out to fellow small businesses to try and locate one for you. Most or all of our items are Display Pieces/Floor Pieces, and due to lack of space we do not guarentee that we have original boxes. Any items sold at a discount of more than 30% may have flaws, fading, or other signs of use. If the item itself is flawed, we will email you and note the flaws for your verificaiton. We will NOT contact you for flaws on boxing/packaging.
We aim to ship all orders out within 10 business days well packed, with tracking information available. If you need an item sooner, please email or call us and we can work with you to get it out sooner by offering some expidited shipping options. We are not open Tuesday or Wednesday, and there is no mail pick up service on Sunday.
While we do our best to label packages as fragile and pack with lots of protection, we have no control over how shipping service handlers handle the packages and therefore, can occasionaly arrive broken. If this happens, please take pictures of the box on all sides, the inside/packing material, and of the item itself and send to us at Courtney@therobinsnoel.com with your order information. We will work with you on a solution or refund, and will submit a claim with the shipper.
